Changes & Policies

Changes to the waiting list... If you are on the waiting list it is YOUR responsibility to check the website or periodically email me to keep track of your status on the list. I will not be emailing 100 people anymore to find out that 80 have already found other options. This only wastes my time and is unfair to the other people on our waiting list.

Payment for deposits may be made by Paypal, Venmo, check or cash. If you would like to use Paypal please contact me first to allow me time to make you an invoice. If you would like to pay the full balance of a puppy before pick up day please contact me one week in advance.

*After close consideration we have decided to sell all of our puppies with AKC limited registration papers only. If you would like full registration please contact us for more information. Full registration will only be granted after DM testing results are back. The prices for AKC Full Registration will be $3000. *

A copy of the puppy contract will be provided to you in person or by email. Failure to comply with the puppy contract conditions will hold the purchaser liable for $2000 punitive damages. Any and all court costs, & attorney fees will also be paid by the purchaser at the time of the court's decision.

Puppy Contract
